Description:
Withania is considered as a primary strengthening tonic to help with the treatment of inflammatory conditions.

May be useful for but not limited to:

• Immune enhancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
• Strengthens the nervous system.
• Assists with low libido.
• Memory enhancer.
• A sedative to help with restful sleep.
• Anti-viral, antibiotic.

Cautions or Contraindication:
Withania should not be taken during pregnancy. Should not be used in conjunction with sedative drugs.

Serving Suggestions:
1 teaspoon of dried herb to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 5-10mins. Alternatively, steep in warmed milk, and sweeten with honey or sugar.
